Sharon is a master navigator with limitless energy. She started her career in education and took the skills she learned to start a new path in construction. She has led Sentinel Fence into many new frontiers with certifications, experience, and strong community-involvement. Sharon's approach to business and life is knowing what she has to do to succeed, and developing the plans to make them happen.
When not running the business, Sharon thrives on being a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother (Mimi) to her family. She is passionate about education. She loves learning new things and putting them into application at work and at home.

Whether he is working on a project or on the phone calls, he is keeping the pipeline of business at Sentinel flowing and he is the most tenured member on the team. He is a foodie at heart, and king of the BBQ! When he's not working, he enjoys entertaining family and friends at home. He loves to travel with his partner in crime, Sharon. Hannah also has a bachelor's degree in Interior Design. When she is not busy working, she enjoys gardening at home and exploring her beautiful home state of Arizona. She also enjoys playing Dungeons & Dragons with her family, and spending quality time with her pet cat and rabbits.

Vernon started working with Sentinel in 2021. He was brand new to the industry of fence, but has over 15 years of experience in the United States Army in many technical fields. Vernon brought with him strong communication skills and a can do attitude. The team can always count on him no matter what the task may be.

In her downtime, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, star gazing, and watching sports especially a good football game!

Randy plays a major role in managing day to day operations. He has worked in the construction industry for over 10 years, and has been an accountant for more than 20 years. Outside of the office, Randy enjoys rooting for his Phoenix Suns and Dallas Cowboys, camping in his Jeep, and building models.

Jason is the newest member of the team at Sentinel. His experience comes from serving as a team and squad leader in the U.S. Army, and as a Security Project Manager. He has a degree in Audio Engineering and studied Community Sports Management at Arizona State University. When he is not at work, Jason enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and trying new foods.
